Location The town and community of Wschowa is situated in the Lubuskie vojevodship on the borderline of three regions - Wielkopolska, Ziemia Lubuska and Dolny Œlask in the easy reach of the major transit roads from west to east and north to south. The well developed roads and railroad tracks make the connection with the neighbouring regions easy and convenient. The community covers the area of 198,3 km2, in which the town itself - 8,4 km2. The total population of the community -22 000, in which 67 % is the urban population. Wschowa with its 15000 inhabitants is the major centre of trade, commerce, services of industry in the community.
